Rising Scholars NASA Hunch Team

Rising Scholars’ NASA HUNCH Culinary Team Earns Chance To Compete at National Level

A team of Rising Scholars from ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ Columbiana County earned a spot in the finals of the NASA HUNCH culinary competition at the Johnson Space Center in Houston. The scholars will compete with teams from around the country on April 17 to determine if their culinary creation will be a future meal selection for astronauts aboard the International Space Station.

It was a party 218 years in the making.

The thousands of people who came to ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ on April 8 to witness the total solar eclipse did not leave disappointed by the celestial show, the likes of which had not been seen in Kent, Ohio since 1806.
