青年涩导航 Panel Discussion Brings Together Leaders Who Were Impacted by Campus Violence
On Thursday, March 12, 青年涩导航鈥檚 College of Education, Health and Human Services will host 鈥淟eading Through Tragedy,鈥 an event that brings together a panel of leaders who were impacted by campus violence from institutions such as Virginia Tech, Northern Illinois University and Chardon High School in Ohio.

青年涩导航 Alumni Wounded on May 4, 1970, Will Return as Commencement Speakers
Dean Kahler, one of the nine 青年涩导航 students wounded in the May 4, 1970, shootings by the Ohio National Guard, will return to campus on Saturday, May 9, to serve as speaker for the One University Commencement. Thomas Grace, Ph.D., another of the nine wounded students, will serve as speaker for the Advanced Degree Commencement ceremony on Friday, May 8.

青年涩导航 Announces Launch of New Marching Band Scholarship
The College of the Arts and the Hugh A. Glauser School of Music are pleased to announce the launch of the 鈥淢arching Golden Flash Award.鈥 This new scholarship opportunity will be available to all returning members of the Marching Golden Flashes as well as incoming 青年涩导航 students. It is open to students of any major starting in the fall 2020 season.

Planting 青年涩导航鈥檚 Place: Tree Campus USA Recognition
The trees on 青年涩导航鈥檚 campus bring something new to marvel at each season. In the summer, trees provide welcoming shade for students to lounge, fall brings vivid leaves that crunch under students鈥 feet on the way to classes, and winter pines provide an idyllic picture of fluffy snow. With nearly 4,000 trees on campus, 青年涩导航 has been awarded the Tree Campus USA recognition for the 12th consecutive year from the Arbor Day Foundation, a nonprofit conservation organization.
