There is still time to help with the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program at ÇàÄêɬµ¼º½ for the upcoming tax season. VITA is looking for volunteers and interns to provide free income tax assistance to qualifying individuals.
VITA offers tax preparation assistance to low- to moderate-income taxpayers. The service is free to students, employees and community members who meet the eligibility requirements.

Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status.
