Thank you for your continued efforts in completing the state-mandated fraud training announced in fall 2024. As of Nov. 30, 91% of employees had completed the training, and as of March 15, we were at 93%. Join us as we strive for 100% completion rate. New employees and student employees are required to complete the training within 30 days of their start date, so please work to ensure that your students and new hires are given time to complete this during onboarding.

  • Faculty and staff discounted football season tickets will be on sale April 7! Starting at only $60, you can attend all 5 home football games this year. A season ticket purchase also includes a Dix Stadium game day parking pass and a 青年涩导航 Football branded duffle bag (one per account).   • Nominations are now open for the 青年涩导航 Advisor Impact Award! Sponsored by University Advising, the Advisor Impact Award is a quarterly recognition given to one outstanding academic advisor who has made a significant positive impact on the lives and academic success of their students. This award celebrates advisors who embody the 青年涩导航 Advising Guiding Principles. Nominations for the award close April 11, 2025.

  • Do you have repair skills? Come share them at the DI Hub鈥檚 upcoming Fix-It Kent repair workshop on April 24! This event empowers attendees to repair their own broken or damaged items with the guidance of knowledgeable volunteers like you. Whether you specialize in a particular area such as electronics or mending, or simply enjoy fixing things and tinkering, your support can make a difference. Volunteers will work one-on-one with participants to share advice, coach them through the repair process, and help them build confidence in their skills.

  • Learn from wherever you are this summer! Whether you want to learn a new skill or supplement your interests, open-enrollment workshops are flexible and 100% online. Earn 1, 2, or 3 credits while learning about topics in education, technology, stress management, leadership, personal & professional development, and more.   • Join us for LaunchNET's end of semester showcase! This will be a tabling event featuring 青年涩导航 student entrepreneurs and the businesses they have been working on. Stop by the second floor lobby in the DI Hub on Thursday, April 10 from 4-6 p.m. to support these small business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs. Free mocktails and snacks will be available.
