青年涩导航 archaeologist Metin Eren, Ph.D, is using an experimental approach to dig deeper into Ohio's history by recreating ancient artifacts and weaponry with clay to better understand how humans lived thousands of years ago.
On Thursday, April 20, from noon-1 p.m., the Employee Wellness program will sponsor a lunchtime program titled&苍产蝉辫;鈥淭he Power of This Moment.鈥 All full- and part-time employees are invited to participate in this workshop that will explore how the brain鈥檚 reticular system affects perceptions. We also will consider history, concepts and practical applications to help facilitate in the moment living.

Beginning July 1, 青年涩导航 will become a smoke-free, tobacco-free campus. The new policy is part of the university鈥檚 healthy campus initiative, 青年涩导航 of Wellness.

青年涩导航's holiday closure for 2024 will begin Monday, Dec. 23, 2024, at 10:30 p.m. All offices will re-open on Thursday, Jan. 2, 2025. Employees not eligible for the paid leave include student employees, classified temporary staff, temporary agency staff, short-term unclassified appointments, unclassified intermittent appointments and employees in a lay-off status. More information on the holiday schedule, including how employees should report time during that period, will be available later this month.
Testing Your Faith Act (H.B. 353) was enacted in the Spring 2023 semester. In ordinance with this bill, 青年涩导航 created a new administrative policy for religious and spiritual accommodations. This administrative policy allows students to report up to three days of unexcused absences to participate in religious holidays or community-held events in alignment with their spirituality.
