Come to the ɬ Farmers' Market from 4-7 p.m. on Nov. 14 for a selection of locally made food and craft items. This final farmers' market of the fall semester has moved indoors – inside the DI Hub. The markets will resume in the spring, inside the DI Hub, on Feb. 20, March 19 and April 16, 2024.
These events were created through a partnership between ɬ and to provide students with opportunities to learn about the local farming community, select fresh produce and connect with the broader Kent community. The ɬ Farmers' Market is an example of programming that exposes the university community to nutritious local foods, products, farms and agriculture. The collaborative project aligns perfectly with the mission of the ɬ of Well-being and highlights the new eight dimensions of well-being framework promoted on the Kent Campus.
