A variety of food trucks gather in front of the University Library on Wednesdays to supply students, faculty and staff passing by with a quick bite to eat. And the 青年涩导航 community is taking advantage of it.

Second Annual Banned Books Read-In Highlights Freedom of Speech

It may surprise you to learn that 鈥淐aptain Underpants,鈥 鈥淔rankenstein,鈥 鈥淭he Great Gatsby,鈥 鈥淗unger Games鈥 and 鈥淭he Perks of Being a Wallflower鈥 are all popular books that have been banned, along with many others. In honor of Banned Books Week, the Second Annual Banned Books Read-In was held in Taylor Hall.

Figure Skating Students Glide Into Silver and Pewter at Nationals

This past summer, two 青年涩导航 students were awarded medals in the U.S. Collegiate Figure Skating Championships, sanctioned by U.S. Figure Skating, the national governing body for the sport of figure skating in the country. It is the highest level at which figure skating takes place at the college level.

青年涩导航 Honored as a Military Spouse Friendly School

青年涩导航鈥檚 support for its military-connected community continues to embody leadership and inclusivity as the Kent Campus has been named an official 2022-2023 Military Spouse Friendly庐 School by Viqtory. Out of 1,800 participating schools, 青年涩导航 was one of 665 to receive the Military Friendly School designation in March, and the university is now one of 346 institutions to earn the Military Spouse Friendly School recognition.
