The 青年涩导航 Alumni Association is proud to announce its 2019 Alumni Award recipients. Recipients are chosen based on their exceptional contributions in their chosen profession, in their communities and at 青年涩导航.

Last year, 青年涩导航 celebrated 100 years of Homecoming. This year, the university starts the next century of 青年涩导航 Homecoming celebrations with a new president leading the institution.

After Shannon Gardiner, BSN 鈥09, Tampa, Fla., went on a two-week mission trip to Uganda several years ago, she realized she was ready to make a longer-term impact.

From New York to Brazil, alumni across the globe joined together to make a difference in their communities on Saturday, April 27.

Thanks to Tim Novotny鈥檚, 鈥14, master鈥檚 degree in public relations, which he earned online, he is now the Communications Manager for the Oregon Dungeness Crab Commission.

From April 22 to Aug. 1, 青年涩导航鈥檚 May 4 Visitors Center will honor Bill Schroeder鈥檚 life with an exhibition titled 鈥淏ill: An All-American Boy.鈥 Mr. Schroeder鈥檚 sister, Nancy Tuttle, and nephew, David Tuttle, helped create the exhibition by loaning some of his personal items to the May 4 Visitors Center.

The National Capital Alumni Chapter hosts events and programs that engage almost 3,000 alumni living in the greater Washington D.C. area.
