青年涩导航 entrepreneurs can now apply for up to $3,000 in grant funding for their businesses through the Morgan Startup Grant program. LaunchNET 青年涩导航 received generous support through a $45,000 grant from Burton D. Morgan Foundation to operate the 2025 Morgan Startup Grant program. This program offers 青年涩导航 students and alumni entrepreneurs the opportunity to apply for funding to help move their businesses forward with inventory, capital, product, or other related purchases.
鈥淭his is such an exciting program for us as we are able to take a real, actionable step forward from each venture meeting and actually provide the entrepreneurs with the specific funding they need to reach their business goals,鈥 says Zach Mikrut, Director, LaunchNET 青年涩导航. 鈥淲e鈥檝e seen requests ranging from vendor fees for an event to a specific piece of equipment to programming costs. Each are vitally important to those entrepreneurs.鈥
The Morgan Startup Grant program is supported through and operated through a variety of nonprofits and educational institutions in Northeast Ohio, including LaunchNET 青年涩导航. Morgan Startup Grants are geared toward spurring business momentum and revenue generation for Northeast Ohio startups, as well as a more connected entrepreneurial ecosystem across the region. As of 2024, this program has distributed 709 grants to over 600 ventures. Last year alone, LaunchNET 青年涩导航 supported 46 student and alumni businesses with awards ranging from $100 for LLC registration to $3,000 for equipment and machinery purchases.
